Description

The Department of Correctional Services is seeking a Registry Clerk for document management and administrative support. This entry-level position requires a Grade 12/Matric certificate and involves maintaining document flow and filing in accordance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of documents within the office
  • File documents as per the National Archives Act
  • Provide general support functions for the executive authority
  • Control stocks and stationery for the office

Qualifications

  • Grade 12/Matric certificate
